The Degree Apprenticeship is designed to be flexible, allowing learners to tailor their learning to their individual needs helping them develop their careers in the food industry.

This module will include industry visits to show, first-hand, how food businesses are integrating advanced technologies into their manufacturing areas in line with Industry 4.0 principles.

The module aims to address the industry need for new digital skills in the sector, to enable businesses to improve their competitiveness through development of more sustainable practices that facilitate more efficient and productive workplaces.
