CAFRE is part of the Department of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs (DAERA). Students benefits from financial support from the Department to attract new entrants to enter the sector to develop and strengthen the agri-food industry in Northern Ireland.
Further Education funding support
There are no tuition fees for full-time Further Education courses at CAFRE. Living costs support available.
Higher Education funding support
You’ll have two main costs whilst studying at CAFRE – tuition fees and living expenses.
CAFRE Bursary Programme
CAFRE’s bursary programme is intended to mitigate some of the financial pressures associated with studying for a Higher Education qualification.
