This course is designed to provide delegates with information on TACCP, VACCP and Food Defence and how to implement practices into the workplace.

Course Content

–  The benefits and importance of TACCP, VACCP and Food Defence
– Horizon scanning techniques
– Suggested methodologies for TACCP and VACCP assessment
– Methodologies for raw material vulnerability assessments

Course date:

This 2.5 hour course is being offered on two dates. Wednesday 15th March or Thursday 30th March from, 10am to 12.30pm.

Light refreshments provided.

Who is it for?

This course will benefit delegates across the entire range of roles within a food organisation from technical, engineering, manufacturing and management.
