Cottagequinn Farm, a state of the art calf to beef finishing unit, requires a highly motivated, efficient, and punctual individual who can maintain a high standard of work.
The farm consists of 400 head of cattle on 250 acres of ground ring fenced around the main yard. Livestock are housed during the winter with the aim of getting out early to grass and managing through a rotational grazing platform. Some multi species swards will be introduced in Spring 2022.
Main duties will include:
- Calf rearing
- Animal husbandry
- Feeding stock
- Tractor work
This is a great opportunity to provide experience and opportunities.
Full driving licence essential.
£10 per hour.
