Job Specification
Brackenwood Property Management Company are looking for an experienced Team leader for Grounds keeping, this will involve looking after developments grounds keeping and landscaping along with having a team report to you, there will also be office work required. Doing the paper work for the work carried out and recording this and issuing invoices to the relevant team to have payments made. We would like someone who has horticulture knowledge and has done the job before would be amazing and someone who has team leading experience. Someone who can confidently work a computer including Microsoft office package.
Desirable Criteria
- Qualification in Horticulture or equivalent, past experience in the job role
- ·Relevant Management experience
- Ability to lead
- Horticulture Knowledge/Skills
- Ability to work from own initiatives
