Seasonal Nursery Operatives

Dundonald Nurseries is a family run nursery established in 1963 growing quality plants for the people of Northern Ireland. We are a family run business, growing 90% of our own plants over our 3 sites in Dundonald. We supply supermarkets right across Northern Ireland with a wide range of products, including cell packs, pot plants and shrubs. We specialise in planted containers, such as tubs, window boxes and hanging baskets, with an extensive range at Mother’s Day and Christmas.

Dundonald Nurseries Wholesale are recruiting Seasonal Nursery Operatives to join our team on a temporary basis from April – June (approx.), to assist with the upcoming busy spring season.

Duties will include taking care of plants, planting containers, planting plugs, watering, putting up customer orders, loading vans and keeping all general areas clean and tidy.

Previous experience in a horticultural role desirable, but not essential as full training will be provided.

• Hourly Rate – Dependent on experience
• Contracted Hours – 40hours
• Start Date – Temporary Position from April-June
• Location – 64 Gransha Road, Dundonald, BT16 1XQ
