Key ingredients is a dry food ingredient supplier to the meat/food processing industry. Our factory is based in Limerick adjacent to the M7 motorway.
We manufacture blended seasonings for sausages, burgers, black & white puddings, chicken coatings for the fast-food industry, plant based blends, etc. We are agents for RSF Rusk and crumbs, KMC starches and Sonac products, suppliers for haemoglobin powders and animal proteins.
These are exciting roles that involve legislation, innovation, food safety & compliance, dealing with customers to help develop new flavoured , seasoning mixes, cure mixes etc.
R&D
- Matching/developing techniques of new products taking into consideration Additive/ingredient legislation.
- Manufacturing of customer samples;
- Titration analysis (Salt & SO2)
Quality duties will include;
- QC analysis of raw materials and finished product;
- Document control of operational work sheets;
- Q.C. Checks on floor ie. Metal Detection, weight Calibration.
- In-house Gluten Testing.
- Certificate of analysis Control.
