NPD Manager
Genesis Bakery has been manufacturing artisanal, high quality baked goods since 1968. The annual turnover is in excess of £20m with a workforce of over 200. Our products are sold in more than 500 stores across Northern Ireland and we also produce a range of bread and cakes for many of the UK’s largest and most prestigious retailers.
In this role you will manage the delivery of new product developments from brief to launch (design, implementation, commercialisation, and launch). You will be operating within the commercial structure and you will be responsible for working with cross functional teams to achieve the delivery of the NPD category plans managing customers and internal stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and experience:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar customer facing NPD food industry role and Degree or equivalent relevant experience.
