Marketing & Communications Coordinator

Wilson Agri is a family-owned business who are one of the market leaders in Dairy Housing.  Wilson Agri are a forward-thinking company which is constantly growing and evolving. 

Due to this expansion, Wilson Agri are now recruiting for a Marketing & Communications Co-Ordinator.

Responsibilities Include

• Managing social media presence across key platforms such as Facebook, Twitter and Instagram, creating regular relevant content whilst growing the audience for our brands.
• Design and manipulate images for use in our social media platforms, using appropriate software.
• Develop and organise all external marketing of the company in liaison with specialist design agencies where appropriate.
• Liaise with the press and publish PR bulletins as required, growing relationships with the agricultural press to grow our share of presence in both print and digital media.
• Help conceptualise and deliver the marketing strategy, campaigns and monitor results.
• Plan, develop and organise all shows, events, exhibitions that are attended by the company. 
• Be responsible for the publication and distribution of product literature.

Desirable Criteria

• Good knowledge of the Agricultural sector in particular Dairy Farming.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Good use of English as a creative writing language.
• Relevant marketing qualifications or equivalent experience is desirable.
• Excellent IT Skills especially in Microsoft Office products.  A knowledge of Adobe for would also be desirable.
• Full Driving Licence

Terms and Conditions

• Working hours are Monday – Friday 9-5
• Holiday entitlement is 28 days per year
• Salary will be in the region of £20k – £25k, dependant on experience
