Active Packaging are a long established innovative flexible packaging company. From their base in County Tyrone, they service the food and industrial markets throughout Ireland with tailored packaging solutions.
Active Packaging have an existing team of committed and focused staff and due to continued growth, Active Packaging are looking to enhance our team now with a Key Account Manager.
Role Responsibilities
- Maintaining and managing an established customer base.
- Liaising and negotiating with suppliers on pricing and order progress.
Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to build rapport and long-term trading relationships with customers and suppliers.
- An excellent communicator with a strong work ethic.
- Working closely with other internal departments to ensure the customers’ needs are met.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment and deliver multiple tasks to strict deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to forge excellent working relationships • Strong attention to detail
- A “can-do” attitude
- Strong Stakeholder management skills
