IS THIS SOMETHING THAT INTERESTS YOU?

The Implementation Manager will oversee and support the implementation of the Foods Connected solution with our customers. This will be focussed primarily on suppliers with Lamb and Beef suppliers in connection with one of our key customers, understanding factory and industry processes, data capture/analysis and supply chain mapping. Whilst working with a customer, the Implementation Manager will become an extended arm of our customers team to help and ensure we continue to keep their business ahead of the market.

In this role, you will work with front-line users to understand their needs and ensure tools are configured accordingly. You will conduct business process analysis, gather and document system requirements and business decisions. You will also assist with implementation tasks such as facilitating workshops, configuring data, and supporting customers in their use of the system.

As a member of the Innovation team the successful candidate must strive to develop solutions which promote the digital transformation of the food industry.

Openness to travel across the country is a key factor to success as helping our clients solve their toughest problems and implement solutions to improve their operations is essential.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support current accounts within Foods Connected and develop the relationship with the suppliers presence within that client.
  • Complete data capture, manipulation and cleansing for key accounts onboarding.
  • Conduct workshops with customer teams to understand their problems or ideas that could help improve their business.
  • Conduct current state analysis and provide future state processes and solutions which focus on traceability data capture
  • Delivering presentations and training of the ‘prototype’ and ‘live system’ to client user groups.
  • Own the communication and execution of solution hand-over to client services, service delivery, technology and other team members at designated milestones.

    Test functionality, review, and recommend changes to development team.
  • Development of strategies and structures from previous experience to help streamline Foods Connected processes and operations as the business grows.
  • Identifying new opportunities within existing client portfolios.
  • Development of the company’s business development and sales strategy with key accounts.
  • Leading Proposals / SOW’s for core functionality.
  • Assist the Business Development team with product demonstrations to new customers.
  • Consults with customers or other departments on project status, proposals, or technical issues, such as software system design or maintenance

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in related field and 1 years relevant experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience

To perform this job successfully, the Implementation Manager should have experience with:

  • 1+ years’ experience in a role within the Supply chain of the food industry interacting with Software systems for tracking Production, Quality or Suppliers.
  • Prior experience with the Food industry specifically lamb and beef production.
  • Knowledge of software solutions utilised across the Food Industry.
  • Microsoft: 365 Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
