Animal Bedding – Graduate Trainee

Capper Trading Ltd has established itself as a leading supplier of straw-based animal bedding throughout Ireland.

We seek to recruit an Agri Graduate who will be based at our Head Office at Tamnamore, Dungannon. The successful candidate will be responsible for liaising with key customers , production and suppliers and will play a key role in our sales team.

• Full on-the-job training will be provided.
• Salary Range £18-£24k:
• Competitive remuneration commensurate with experience.

Duties will include:

• Process customer sales orders for delivery throughout Northern Ireland.
• Liaise closely with transport planners ensuring the highest standards of customer service are upheld at all times.
• Work closely with production ensuring customer requirements are met in a prompt, timely and accurate manner.
• Work to KPI management reporting ensuring excellent quality standards and precise attention to detail.

Role Requirements:

Required:

• Strong analytic and numerical skills, and computer literacy.
• Articulate communication, inter-personal and customer service skills.
• Minimum Level 3 qualification in Agriculture.

Desirable:

• Agricultural experience in a working capacit y.
• Excellent geographical awareness of rural Northern Ireland.
