General Farm Worker required for Dairy farm located in Ards Pennisula, Kircubbin, Co. Down.
600 cows milked through a 60 point rotary 3x per day plus followers. The herd is mainly autumn calving.
Duties include milking, calf feeding, general yard work and some tractor driving.
Additional information
- Experience is preferred but not essential as we will train and help develop the right person to give them an insight into new enterprises if required to do so.
- Approx 40 hours per week (flexible)
- Must be available for weekends every third weekend
- Worker must be honest, reliable and punctual
- No accommodation available so would suit someone within travelling distance
- Holidays are in line with the Agricultural Wages Board
- Wages £9.50/hr+ depending on previous experience and capabilities
