Job Vacancy: Retail assistant / florist
Permanent / Part-time (approx. 3 days)
Experience preferred
The ideal candidate should be:
- friendly,
- efficient and reliable,
- good communications skills,
- able to work well within a team,
- have initiative
- Candidates should be flexible and able to work late during busy periods such as Christmas, Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day.
Be able to carry out daily duties, such as:
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Serve customers face-to-face
• Take orders over the phone
• Advise customers with their orders
• Handling money
• Conditioning flowers – cleaning buckets and cutting flowers
• Ensuring the shop is clean and tidy
