Business Unit Co-Ordinator

Immediate opportunity for a Business Unit Co-Ordinator ideally withprevious experience in scheduling within the food manufacturing industry.   This role will be based in the Coleraine area and is to provide maternity cover for up to 12 months. 

The Role:

Reporting to the Production Manager the Business Unit Co-Ordinator will be responsible for:

• Co-ordinating production plans, assessing production volumes to ensure production and labour efficiency
• Produce accurate forecasts on a timely and consistent basis (daily, weekly, monthly 3 month and 6 month) in line with production demand and minimising risk of obsolescence
• Maintain and model medium to long-term capacity utilisation scenarios, allowing sites to complete longer term scenario analysis
• Liaise with Manufacturing, Sales and Production to ensure requirements are met and stockholding kept at correct levels

The Per son:

Ideal candidates will be:

• 3^rd level qualified – Degree or HNC/D level
• Previous experience in scheduling, ideally within the food/drinks manufacturing sector
• Good IT skills, proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Ideally previous experience of ERP systems
• Proficiency in Power Bi would be a distinct advantage
