Northern Ireland Sheep Programme is a joint collaboration between CAFRE, Dunbia and the Irish Farmers Journal. Northern Ireland Sheep Programme (NISP) are hosting an event on Thursday 3rd March, 8:00pm. This event will focus on developing a sustainable system on Tynan Abbey Farm. The farm, run by Kate Kingan and Peter Mant, is striving to develop a production system that best utilises the farms resources and labour availability and delivers a worthwhile margin.

The topics to be covered during this event will include:
  • Farm plan and future direction
  • Lambing 2022 including discussion on outdoor lambing
  • Health planning
