CAFRE and the Food Standards Agency Northern Ireland would like to invite you to a ‘Scone marketing and reformulation seminar’ to launch a Scone Reformulation Technical Guidance. This guidance is designed to support scone product development.
The purpose of this seminar and guidance document is to help bakers understand the function of core scone ingredients enabling bakers to produce a scone where the nutritional composition is calorie controlled and complies with government sugar reduction and salt targets.
