Fdsc Food, Nutrition and Heath I completed an Access Diploma before starting my Foundation Degree in Food, Nutrition and Health. I had previously been working as a chef in the hospitality industry and wanted to learn more about the science of food manufacture and how different foods can benefit health. As a mature student it has been a juggling act, trying to balance home life along with the demands of a full -time course. However the tutors are very accommodating and help and encourage me in every possible way. They want nothing more than to see me achieve my goals. Therefore, I find myself very lucky in making the right decision to choose CAFRE.
