Holly Elkin

BSc (Hons) in Food Design and Nutrition I found out about this course through a careers talk in school. I applied to Loughry  because I had a real interest in the food industry developed through studying Home  Economics and Biology. I haven’t completely decided which area of the food  industry I would like to go into when I graduate, perhaps working for a large  supermarket in management or as a buyer. The food industry offers so many different kinds of jobs it’s hard to focus on one career path, but what I do know is my qualification will let me  travel and get work, as everyone needs food.
