Foundation Degree in Food Manufacture. At school I studied A Levels in Biology, Maths and RE and growing up on a sheep farm I have always been interested in the food supply chain. The first course I completed at Loughry was the FdSc in Food Manufacture, which suited me because it offered opportunities to use my practical skills. I had also heard very good comments about it from past students. I travel to and from campus every day, which means I can help out on the farm at home while getting involved in different activities on campus. I am now studying for a BSc in Food Technology at Loughry and I know that when I graduate there will be good job opportunities in the food and drinks industry.
