Job Specification
- 35 hrs/week Monday-Friday
- Salary £11-£14/hour depending on experience
- Full-time and paid summer work experience
Desirable Criteria
- The position would include the following responsibilities:
- Working in a team of dynamic horticulturalists
- Nurturing young trees and plants within the company’s grounds and greenhouses
- Selecting the best specimens for orders every morning
- Pruning and repotting under guidance from the Head Gardener
- Providing other general support to the team when required
Essential Criteria
- All skill levels will be considered. We are looking for someone with the ability to adapt, use initiative and an enthusiastic work attitude.
