CAFRE offers a range of Food courses to help those working in the food industry develop their skills and competences. Courses have been designed to provide a comprehensive range of training from specialist technical skills to professional development. Courses normally range in duration from one to ten days and many lead to validated qualifications. These courses are delivered at CAFRE, Loughry Campus. CAFRE also offers a wide range of food technology transfer services.

Food Industry Training Team recognised by Awarding Bodies

The Training Team at Loughry Campus, CAFRE received the Royal Society for Public Health (RSPH) Centre of the Year Award for highest marks attained in Level 4 Award in HACCP Management for Food Manufacturing. Catherine Devlin, Training Team Manager is pictured with Cathal McDonell, Deli-lites, who achieved the highest marks in the RSPH Level 4 HACCP qualification alongside Rosemary Brennan, the course tutor.
