CAFRE will be hosting a webinar on ‘Staff Recruitment for the Horticulture Industry’ on Wednesday 10th of March 2021 at 7.00pm. The main focus of the webinar is recruiting the right candidate in the current employment market.

Recruiting the right person for the right role is crucial for business growth and development especially in the current market. We are pleased that Sam Barrett a Recruitment Specialist at HortiRecruit will be joining us to discuss how to recruit horticulture staff.

The topics to be covered during this event will include:

  • Sam will discuss the factors that need to be considered prior to advertising roles, interviewing and the selection process.
  • Highlight what should be include in a job description and what are the best options when it comes to advertising a role.
  • Benefits of having a current digital presence on social media when recruiting staff. Many potential candidates these days will research the company through their social media prior to the interview or accepting the job.
