Root Cause Analysis Training
09 May 2025
Loughry Campus
Root Cause Analysis (RCA) is the process of uncovering causes to problems and suggesting solutions to avoid recurrence. RCA, as the terms suggests helps you find the main factors which contribute to a problem, allowing you to solve and address the issue at source, instead of treating the symptoms.
The RCA programme delivered at the College of Agriculture, Food and Rural Enterprise (CAFRE) is designed to provide delegates with analysis techniques and information on how to implement practices in the food industry. This one-day programme is delivered at Loughry Campus, Cookstown.
Friday, 9 May 2025 – 9.30am-4.30pm
Training will be delivered in the Food Technology Centre at Loughry Campus, Cookstown.
Course fee: £65
During the training we will uncover why issues arise by evaluating contributing factors. When we understand the causes behind a problem we can not only address the immediate symptoms but also take proactive preventative measures for the future. Root Cause Analysis explores quality, reliability, safety, and process inefficiencies. Through analysing problems we can avoid future incidents, contributing to continuous improvements.
