Attention to detail is crucial for a successful lambing period. Reducing losses at lambing will help to maximise the number of lambs reared per ewe put to the ram which is key to profitability within a sheep enterprise. CAFRE Advisers have organised a series of on-farm meetings to review and discuss best practice at lambing time covering a range of topics from pre-lambing nutrition to post lambing management practices.
