To assist food businesses produce pancakes lower in sugar and salt, CAFRE and the Food Standards Agency (FSA) are hosting a pancake reformulation event at CAFRE, Loughry Campus on Tuesday 24 June 2025.

Experts will be present to discuss the reformulation process, specialist ingredients, launch the new guidance, and advise on available business support.
