Integrated Pest Management (IPM) for Field Production

CAFRE will host Koppert’s Technical Consultant and Entomologist, Dr Richard Binks, to deliver a talk on the topic of ‘IPM for Field Production’.

Richard has over 30 years of entomological and IPM project management experience working in horticultural and agricultural settings around the world. He will share Koppert’s latest developments of biological and IPM systems for growers and farmers producing both organic and conventionally grown outdoor crops.  His work to date has included developing insect pest control strategies using entomopathogenic nematodes (EPN’s), as well as developing augmentative insect release strategies in root and salad crops.
