HACCP in the Food Industry
– Friday 18th October 2024

– Wednesday 27th November 2024
– Wednesday 15th January 2025
This programme will develop your pupils’ understanding of HACCP through practical examples within the food manufacturing environment using the facilities within the Food Technology Centre at CAFRE.
Key areas that will be covered are:
– Introduction to HACCP
– HACCP, principles and steps
– Practical demos on application of HACCP in Meat, Bakery, Dairy
When booking places, tickets must be requested for each pupil attending, not one ticket per school booking.
Registration: 9.45am
Workshop starts: 10.00am
Workshop finishes: 2.00pm
Pupils may bring their own snacks and lunch or purchase food from the outlets on campus.
