CAFRE is organising on farm events, open to all farmers, to discuss the sustainable use of nutrients on farm to enhance growth potential.
CAFRE Beef and Sheep Advisers will provide practical advice on the key steps to managing nutrients on farm. Learn how to use your soil analysis report to determine crop requirements and utilise the value in organic manures to reduce your fertiliser bill.
These informative and practical events will be hosted across Northern Ireland to allow as many farmers as possible to attend. Host farmers will provide an overview of their farm business and the steps that they take to ensure that they make best use of nutrients produced on farm.
Pre-booking is not required. Choose a farm you wish to attend, all events start at 7.30pm.
