Do you work in a food business with responsibility for developing new foods, creating recipes or ensuring the quality and safety of foods?

Food safety legislation places the responsibility of accurate food labelling with the Food Business Operator. Cooking instruction validation training will assist you to develop procedures and protocols to help you achieve ‘safely’ heated products.
During this one-day workshop we will examine how businesses can develop heating instructions. The aim is to destroy and remove any appreciable risk of food poisoning from key heat-resistant pathogenic bacteria which might be present in the food.
