Soil Nutrient Health Scheme – Phase Two Training
The aim of Soil Nutrient Health Scheme Training is to provide an understanding of the principles of nutrient management, help with the interpretation of the nutrient results and also the fertiliser recommendations received from the SNHS. The training will outline the role and importance of carbon on Northern Ireland farms and demonstrate how to prepare a nutrient management plan using the CAFRE Crop Nutrient Calculator.
Phase Two of training can only begin when Phase One has been completed.

Participants in the Soil Nutrient Health Scheme can register for this training.
PHASE TWO – COMPLETING A NUTRIENT MANAGEMENT PLAN
This training will show you how to use the CAFRE Crop Nutrient Calculator to create a Nutrient Management Plan.

You must pre-register if you would like to attend a course. If booking into a webinar, please book at least 48 hours in advance to ensure you receive log-in details in advance of the event.
Face to face training– dates and registration

Dates for face-to-face courses in local computer facilities will available shortly.
Before you register for a webinar, it is recommended that you carry out a speed test on your broadband. You will need download and upload speeds of at lease 2mb/second to ensure that you can participate fully and be able to view the video in the presentation.
