Horse Racing Simulator Training for Jockeys and work riders
This course is ideal for those with or pursuing a jockey license and work riders that want to enhance their riding skills with advanced simulation technology and expert coaching. The course is led by expert jockey and coach Paddy Flood. It offers hands-on experience using the Mark 10 state-of-the-art horse racing simulator.
Course date: Tuesday 11th February 2025, 1:30 pm – 5:00 pm.

Horse Racing Simulator Session
- Key features and real-time race scenarios.

Starting Technique and Race craft
- Proper posture and race-start techniques.
- Timing your start and reaction training.
- Navigating corners while maintaining speed and balance.
- Race strategy: positioning, pacing, and overtaking.
