Environmental Farming Scheme (Tranche 3)

The Environmental Farming Scheme (EFS) is a voluntary scheme that will support farmers and land managers to carry out environmentally beneficial farming practices on agricultural land. CAFRE operates the on-line training for the Environmental Farming Scheme (EFS).

Who is the assessment for?

EFS Agreement holders must complete option specific on-line training in order to demonstrate their understanding of the management activities associated with each option.

This training should only be taken by Agreement Holders on the EFS and is a compulsory part of the scheme.

Under the terms and conditions of the EFS, the on-line training must be completed by 31 December 2020.
