We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, passionate and conscientious Lead Stockperson to join the team at our new dry stock unit in Norfolk. This new role will be based near Fakenham.
Reporting to our Farm Manager the role will focus on the day to day running of our dry stock unit, rearing c.900 youngstock and followers, finishing store animals as well as some general duties on our dairy located 1 mile away.
To succeed in this role you will be a self-motivated with strong analytical and problem solving skills. You will have a minimum of 3 year’s experience working with dry stock alongside some tractor driving experience and knowledge of animal handling and welfare.
You will have good communication skills enabling you to work well with team members across the business with a positive and proactive attitude towards developing a culture of continuous improvement.
Salary: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
