Quality Assurance Assistant

Simplyfruit is one of Northern Ireland’s leading producers of fresh cut ready-to-eat snack and fruit salad pots.

Due to continued growth we are looking to expand our Quality and Technical Team.

Main Purpose: You will assist our team in their daily and strategic function to deliver best practice across all of our product lines.

Main Duties:

• Working with the QA team in undertaking regular hygiene and GMP Audits to maintain site standards.
• Supporting Supplier compliance
• Support the management of systems and processes which ensure the business is aware of and complies with legislation and best practice
• Ensure all necessary process control records are completed accurately and filed as necessary.
• Assist with ongoing NPD projects. 
• Support residue and microbiological analysis, the collection of the samples, logging of the samples on the laboratory online system.
• Other duties as required by the management team.
