Part time Dairy Farm Worker

Part time job available at a modern dairy unit near Moira with 180 Cow herd plus followers. 2 or 3 evenings per week, including weekend work. Modern parlour with ACR and auto ID
Main duties include:
- Evening Milkings
- Cleaning and bedding cubicles
- Feeding and bedding calves and dry stock
- Assist with Herd management- scanning, clipping, dosing, vaccinations, fertility treatments etc
- General yard work
Previous milking experience essential, calf rearing experience desirable.
Hourly rate £8-£10 per hour, depending on experience. The right candidate should have an interest in dairying and attention to detail.
