Lucca Stubington seeks to fill the position of a full-time groom.

Unfortunately my lovely groom Marta has decided make a new start with her family in Holland. We are very sad to see her leave but now we are looking to fill her position with a new team member.

We are looking for a full time employee to work along side me, travel to competitions and help prepare fit event horses.

Job requirements include all usual yard chores (such as mucking out, poo picking, turn out etc), riding for the right candidate and opportunities to travel around Ireland to groom at national events as well as International competitions further afield.

Also, as we are a stud farm, assisting in the handling of youngstock/mares and foals.

Ideally you will work 6 days a week and wage will reflect the level of experience an applicant has.

Opportunity to bring your own horse and accommodation can be made available as well. Applicants must have a full drivers license (trailer test and HGV not required but an added bonus!) and be a non smoker.

We would love it if the new team member could start at the beginning of September so they could get a chance to settle in before Marta leaves in the middle of September.
