Gardener

An opening has arisen for an enthusiastic, creative and committed gardener with plant knowledge to maintain, improve, further enhance and develop a country garden 9 miles north of Enniskillen.

The garden covers 6 acres and is comprised of formal lawns with extensive mixed hedging, pond, wildflower meadow, herbaceous borders and woodland, walled garden, kitchen garden, pleached walkway and a viewing mound offering vistas over Lough Erne. 

The successful candidate will have a hands-on role in the daily care and an opportunity to continue to develop the soft and hard landscaping, the planting in the walled garden, pond and throughout the site together with maintenance of the gardens and the care and management of the plants, shrubs, hedges and trees. They will be passionate, take pride in their work and will maintain the garden to a high horticultural standard. 

This is a great opportunity for a motivated person to contribute to the further development of a wonderful garden and to work within a beautiful landscape.

Full-time or Part-time with flexible hours.
