Equine Manager

Clwyd Special Riding Centre seek to appoint an Equine Manager.

The successful applicant will ensure that our 24 horses are produced to the standard required for riding, carriage driving, vaulting, hippotherapy and equine learning and therapy.

You will have responsibility for the equine element of the charity and will report to the Centre Manager and Trustees.

You will hold BHS Stage 3 (complete) and BHS AC qualification. You will preferably have or be working toward BHS Stage 4 HC & R. You will have experience of supervising an equine environment, including managing and training staff. You will also need to hold the RDA Green (Coach) qualification or be willing to gain this qualification within 12 months of post commencement.

40 hours per week.

Salary in the region of £22 – £25k – dependent upon qualifications and experience.
