Based at: Ballylisk Dairies Ltd, Unit 12B Mahon Road, Portadown, Co. Armagh, BT62 3EH
Job Purpose: Completing all production operational duties from milk intake to finished product dispatch.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
- Ensure all relevant procedures are followed as detailed in the relevant Work Instructions.
- Milk intake in line with all legal and quality management system requirements.
- Milk Pasteurization & Standarisation activities.
- Cheese making operational duties.
- Supervision of cheese drainage, ripening & storage processes.
- Cheese packing and order preparation activities.
- Completion of all production, quality and safety documentation as required.
- Effective cleaning of all equipment and processing environment as required.
- Development and implementation of Quality Management Systems in line with legal, customer and certification requirements.
- Behave in a responsible manner showing respect for company property and respect for other members of staff.
Subsidiary Duties:
- Any other reasonable duties as required.
