A past student of Greenmount, Noel Wilson of N.E.W. Landscapes is looking for an Assistant Landscapers, two positions part-time/full-time, to join their team. The company was set up in 2000 where it has expanded to a productive team of 4 with the hope to increase with an apprentice and possibly another more experienced person.
Job Specification
You will be working as part of a team, assisting, and learning how to prepare & lay different paving elements, block paving, porcelain, natural stone, cobbles. You will be learning how to build steps/ramps & lay kerbs, learning about ground preparation as well as soft landscaping such as planting of hedges, trees, herbaceous & shrub beds. You will also learn on site how to operate different machines used to complete projects.
Hours of work will be 40 with remuneration discussed depending on ability and experience.
