Equine students raise funds for Air Ambulance NI
May 3, 2021
Second year students at Enniskillen Campus, studying on the City and Guilds Level 3 Advanced Technical Extended Diploma are required to organise an equine event as part of their course. The students spotted an opportunity to organise a virtual dressage competition, to comply with Covid-19 restrictions. The event raised £1412.18 for Air Ambulance NI.
The event
The event was held during December and January, but not even the challenging weather deterred the committed competitors. The competitors completed some lovely tests and submitted their videos for judging by Faith Ponsonby BHSI and Mark Robinson BHSI, who kindly volunteered their services in aid of Air Ambulance NI.
