Food course training – new online delivery

Our online courses are designed for you to access the training materials at a time that suits you. You can work through the course at your own pace, accessing the materials as often as you wish.

What’s new?

  • Level 4 programmes (Food Safety and HACCP) have now been added to our course provision for 2021Level 4 courses are blended courses with a mixture of on-line materials and face to face tuition.
  • Refresher HACCP (Level 3) and Food Safety (Level 3) are now available for online candidates.
  • Level 3 Award in Delivering Training (RQF) will be delivered in May 2021 – please note – this is not delivered online.

Start DateTuesday 20th April 2021 This course will be delivered using a blended approach.  Tutorials will be arranged depending on candidate needs.

Who is the course for?The qualification is intended for those whose job requires them to have some responsibility for food safety. Learners are likely to have management responsibilities for an operational team.

Level 3 Award in Effective Auditing and Inspection  (RQF)

Who is the course for?This qualification is aimed at supervisors, team leaders, chefs, QA staff and managers working in a variety of industries where verification, auditing (including internal auditing and supplier auditing) or inspection is undertaken.
