Attention all sixth formers – CAFRE Careers Advisers can help as the UCAS application deadline beckons.

CAFRE is hosting live online events called ‘CAFRE – Your questions answered’ on Wednesday 6th January 2020 at 7pm. These events will focus on Higher Education study pathways on offer to Year 13 and Year 14 pupils considering their post A-level / BTEC study options. It will be of particular interest to Year 14 pupils who may be undecided about what to apply for on their UCAS form for courses starting in September 2021.

‘CAFRE – Your questions answered’ are 30 minute sessions discussing Honours Degrees (BSc Hons), Foundation Degree (FdSc) and Higher Level Apprenticeship (HLA) study routes available at CAFRE and the career pathways they can lead to. Each event will be led by a CAFRE Careers Adviser and participants will have the chance to ask questions related to their specific areas of interest.

The webinars will be held on the Microsoft TEAMS platform and those interested in joining should do so by emailing us and letting us know which topic you are interested in when you email – Agriculture, Food, Equine or Horticulture. To register please email: CAFRErecruitment@daera-ni.gov.uk
