Lamb quadruplets at Glenwherry Hill Farm

Sometimes we need a little reminder of the good things in this world that surround us everyday, like bringing new life into the world.

Emma Ross, is pictured with quadruplets safely delivered at CAFRE’s Glenwherry Hill Farm to a Blackface ewe. The lambs were born on Thursday morning, causing great delight as it is a rare occurrence for quads to be born to a Blackface.

In the face of Covid-19 the cows must be milked, the ewes must be lambed, the cows must be calved and the seed must go in the ground.
