Replenishment Buyer

Reporting to the Replenishment Buying Supervisor, the main responsibilities will include ordering, planning and managing inventory to meet the Company’s service level, stock holding, wastage reduction and stock appreciation objectives.

Essential Criteria

• Experience in a stock replenishment/buying role in FMCG or multiple food environments.
• Experience of operating a computerised Inventory Management System.
• A good standard of education.
• Computer literate.

Desirable Criteria

• Experience of buying fresh/frozen foods in FMCG or multiple environments.
• Knowledge of Foodservice supply chain.
• Experience of ordering stock for multiple restaurant chains.     

Applicants must also have excellent communication skills and possess enthusiasm, reliability and the ability to work as part of a team.  They should also show a confident and determined personality.

Hours of work will be 9.00am to 5.00pm, Monday to Thursday and 9.00am to 4.30pm on Friday although candidates are required to be flexible to meet the operational requirements of the position.
