CAFRE National Diploma student Audrey Wilson carefully assesses the quality of one of Loughry Campus’ most famous products – real dairy ice cream. The sense of satisfaction she’s achieved from supervising a team of her peers to manufacture this delicious desert is clear to see!

Fridays at Loughry are extra special. Time is set aside for students to complete a Manufacturing Operations Certificate using Loughry’s world class food processing facilities. Here, students gain the vital extra practical and supervisory skills, necessary for future careers in Northern Ireland’s largest manufacturing sector.
