Austrian experience for communication students

With a highly competitive job market for the graduates of 2009, how can you make your CV stand out from all the other applicants? Well, there will not be too many applicants who will have spent three months in Austria completing their MSc. Shauna Harte (Cookstown) and Aileen McElwee (Bellaghy) are currently in Vienna as part of their MSc in Communication, investigating aspects of organisation behaviour and how it affects the workforce. As Shauna says “The experience and findings from my research project will provide valuable recommendations to businesses on how get the maximum from their employees whilst still maintaining good working relationships” Aileen commenting upon her experiences so far in Vienna saying “It is a wonderful city, the people are very friendly; coming here is certainly one of the best choices I have made”
