As part of their Business Management unit Greenmount’s floristry students were delighted to welcome Claire Tosh of All Seasons Floral Design, Dunmurry, to discuss her ideas on creating a successful floristry business. Claire’s shop was a finalist in the Flower Council of Holland’s Irish Flower Shop of the Year 2009, a competition that scrutinized every aspect of the business.  ‘I’m very aware of the importance of staff training in developing a professional approach in retail floristry and am happy to pass on some of what I’ve learned from my years in the trade.’ said Claire
