Greenmount opens its Gardens

Take some time out this summer and come and enjoy a few hours in the glorious grounds of Greenmount Campus. Visit the spectacular Richardson’s Walled Garden and DARD Rose Garden.

Entry is free and picnic facilities are available.

The gardens are open on the following dates between 10 am and 5 pm (Saturdays) and 12 noon and 5 pm (Sundays) for casual visitors. Gates close at 5.30 pm.

When to visit

  • Saturday 5 & Sunday 6 July  - Open Weekend Greenmount staff will be on hand to answer your questions. Prospective students are particularly welcome to come along for an informal chat about courses.
  • Saturday 26 & Sunday 27 July - Display and Demonstration of Bonsai and Koi Carp by the Northern Ireland Bonsai and Koi Society.
  • Sunday 16 & Sunday 17 August - Rose Picnic, come along, bring a picnic and enjoy an exhibition of roses by the Rose Society of Northern Ireland.
